Does the readiness check replace an RYA course or instructor assessment?

No. It is independent revision guidance that helps learners identify topics to revisit. It is not an official RYA assessment, pass mark or certificate.

Do learners need an account?

No. The ten-question check runs without login and shows explanations only after completion.

What information does the embed send to our website?

Only a message containing the embed height, so the frame can resize. Answers, scores and personal information are not posted to the parent page.

Can we use a normal link instead of an embed?

Yes. The generator supplies a standard link with an optional partner identifier as well as the iframe code.
